Cancellation Policy
Deposit is REQUIRED FOR ALL TREATMENTS and can not be disputed with your bank. I do charge a $40 fee for no-call /no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a treatment, you are considered a no call/no show and will be charged a cancelation fee.
